Delivio is a restaurants and grocery stores’ delivery service, featuring over 800 cafes and restaurants, and offering fast grocery delivery directly from stores.

Challenges
- High competition. The food delivery market in Belarus includes Yandex.Eda as well as local services.
- Low uniqueness. All services offer roughly the same benefits – speed, variety, and convenience.
- Seasonal demand. Activity decreases in summer and rises during the colder months.

- Men and women aged 18–45.
Testing and Optimization
In Google Ads, our team tested the following formats:
- Banners showcasing the app interface, diverse food selection, and fast, easy ordering in just a few clicks.
- Varying lengths videos to cover as many placements as possible, for example, 7–15 seconds, 16–20 seconds, 21–30 seconds, and 30+ seconds.
- Short teaser videos up to 6 seconds, tested in addition to main video ads.
Huawei Ads. We tested banners in AppGallery and search ads targeting keywords such as “food delivery,” “order food,” etc.

Results
Over 11 months of cooperation between Delivio and the Acquisition.mobi team, the following results were achieved:
- First-time purchases in the app reached 2,650.
- CPI: 0,57$
