About the App

BNB-Bank is a user-friendly mobile banking app. The app offers competitive currency exchange rates, the ability to open deposits and accounts, order cards, repay loans, top up deposits, and transfer funds between BNB-Bank cards and accounts.

Solution

Testing & Optimization

TikTok. Short video ads highlighting the benefits of debit cards and favorable loan conditions were launched. Additionally, our team tested banners on Pangle, which allowed us to scale the audience beyond the TikTok platform.

In Google Ads, we tested the following ad formats:

  • Video ads. Showcasing the simple 1-2-3 card issuance process, advantages of the card, and loan amounts, conditions, and benefits.
  • Banners. Highlighting card benefits for individuals, the features card provides, and the ease of use for payments.
  • Videos of varying lengths to reach as many placements as possible.
  • Short teaser videos. Up to 6 seconds videos were tested in addition to main ads.

Huawei Ads. The team tested banners and native ads in AppGallery, as well as search ads targeting keywords such as “debit card,” “mobile banking,” etc.

Xiaomi Global. In addition to banners and videos, we tested icon promotion and push notifications, and finally created a blacklist of placements.

Solution

Results

The collaboration between BNB-Bank and the Acquisition.mobi team delivered the following results:

  • 5,065 unique debit cards issued.
  • 7,484 unique loans issued. 

 

Traffic distribution: 68% from Google Ads, 27% from TikTok Global, 5% from Xiaomi Global and Huawei Ads.
